The Indecisive Ones:
I believe that these types of people do a fast walk while putting heavy pressure on their feet and move their arms to demonstrate the movement of runner...yet they are not running, not even jogging. Why would they do that? They look weird! Just make the choice to walk or to run please....there is no in-between. A jog is a slow run.....not a walk with the slow motion of a run. Maybe we should call these indecisive one's "runker's."
